We are also now offering desk space for creative startups, upstairs on our mezzanine floor. For just £100 a month you get your own desk, lockable storage, access to a new dedicated tenant Wi-Fi network (with fibre broadband connection) and use of the shared kitchen area, and a prestigious Gunwharf postal address for your business. Ground Floor Hire

If you want an exclusive venue for your event, we can offer you a range of options on our Ground Floor. This can include AGMs, presentations or screenings with our Cafe Space set up theatre style, or training days with cabaret style “breakout tables” for group working. We can also offer drinks receptions with exclusive access for your guests to browse our latest exhibition. Between exhibitions, you can also hire the Main Space for your event.

Participation Space

Room Dimensions: 4.2m x 4.5m

The Participation Space is situated at one end of the gallery, and is a completely self contained space perfect for training days and seminars. It has its own projector and WC facilities, along with a range of creative supplies for team building activities, which can also be booked on request  – just ask for a quote.

Offer only valid between 5-9pm, Monday – Sunday. £200 is for basic hire including a pay bar. If you wish to bring in your own catering, there will be an additional £70 fee. Extra hours from 9-11pm are available for £150 an hour. Corkage fees will apply if you wish to bring your own alcohol.
