As a registered charity, we need the help of volunteers to help us achieve our aims with the limited resources at our disposal. However, we want to ensure that you get the most out of your time with us – so our roles have proper descriptions with the skills we hope to help you achieve. You don’t need to be a contemporary art virtuoso, we just want people who are enthusiastic about culture, of any age and background. At the moment we are looking specifically for Gallery Invigilators and Front of House Volunteers. You’ll be the first port of call for our visitors – and we actively encourage you to move around and chat, not just sit on a chair on the corner telling people not to touch things!

If you can give us 4 hours a week, we can reimburse reasonable out of pocket expenses and will give you a free lunch in the Cafe when you are volunteering.
