We have two disabled parking spaces available for use by visitors. Please book in advance by calling 023 9277 8080 or emailing info@aspex.org.uk.

These spaces can be accessed by coming through the main residents’ entrance on Gunwharf Road by the Wight Link Ferry Terminal. When you reach the gate at the entrance you will need to use the intercom number for and will be put through to the gallery; the gate will be opened for you. If using the gate intercom will be difficult, please contact the gallery to arrange assistance. The parking spaces are immediately outside of the gallery main door in the parade ground of the Vulcan Building. The path from the parking spaces to the door is cobbled, but fairly regular and a short distance.

On arrival please check at the information desk to ensure you are correctly parked. Visitors who park in residents’ parking spaces may be clamped, for which the gallery takes no responsibility.

The door to opens outwards. An intercom is situated to the right of the large frosted-glass door panel, should you need assistance.

Assistance dogs
Guide dogs and hearing dogs are welcome.

Family facilities
There is level access for pushchairs at both entrances and baby changing facilities and highchairs are available. is a breast-feeding friendly environment.
