An Introduction to Oil Painting
Join us for an introduction to painting and simple, but essential colour theory!
This session will set you on the road to successful painting, in all mediums! We will use oil paint; a great favourite with artists throughout the ages and a good starting point for new painters, as it allows for revisions and changes, which is useful for both beginners and developing artists.
This is a fun, informative and active session for anyone who fancies the idea of painting but isn't sure where to begin.
All materials provided, alongside tea and coffee. You are welcome to bring lunch or purchase from our cafe partners Lily & Lime LD.
Spaces are £40.00 per person (not including online booking fees). Concessionary tickets of £32.00 are available for students, Aspex Artist Associates and Portsmouth Leisure Card holders.
You can book your space via our Eventbrite page (click here).
If you have any queries, you can contact our Participation & Learning Manager Vicky Chapter by email or phone (+44 (0)23 9277 8080).
